“Peaceful spot just outside Arusha, with lots of monkeys hanging around outside to watch as you chill with a drink. The pool was lovely and the whole place has a premium feel with great service. Would definitely come back - this was the perfect start to my safari hol as a solo 30yo female traveller :)”

“This was a perfect spot to punctuate an 8 -day safari. It provided a peaceful setting for me to recalibrate and prepare for a 24 hr. return trip home. The food was outstanding, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the setting was lovely. My room was extra-large, beautifully furnished, and I even had fresh flowers in the room. I highly recommend this venue for all the reasons listed.”

“We stayed for two nights at the Arusha Villa before starting our safari. We arrived in the afternoon after a long flight from Chicago. The hotel was built a few years ago by a Dutch couple who own and manage this place. They run it very well. The staff at the hotel is well trained and very professional. The decor is really nice - European minimalism with an African touch. You have a great view of the valley from the hotel. Breakfast was included. We had dinner at the hotel as we did not want to venture out in to the town at night. They have a 3 course set menu every night and you have a choice of entrees. Food is of very good quality. Pool looked nice but it was a bit cold as it was their winter. This is a top notch boutique hotel. It is a good way to begin or end your Tanzanian safari. We will stay again in a heartbeat.”
